About
Day 1: Out of focus - Take a picture that is intentionally out of focus.
I had to do some moving to make Josh appear out of focus while the text is perfectly clear
Day 2: Self-Portrait - Practice framing and rule of thirds.
Took this one of myself with a tripod, positioning myself and the painting was fun.
Day 3: Shadows - Capture interesting shadow patterns.
Josh casts a big shadow and his snazzy glasses elevated this photo.
Day 4: Lines and Shapes - Focus on geometry and framing.
I had to get on the floor in the stairwell for this shot, created a cool perspective.
Day 5: Reflections - Incorporate reflections in your composition.
Used 2 mirrors and created this endless shot.
Day 6: Low Light - Experiment with night photography.
Went on a brisk night walk and came upon these lonely benches at the park.
Day 7: Silhouettes - Create striking silhouettes.
My brother went for some Kanye West type energy this was the result.
Day 8: Candid Portraits - Capture people unaware.
Caught Josh at a good time.
Day 9: Street Photography - Document daily life.
Lots of people at this venue, each of them has their own story.
Day 10: Action Shots - Freeze motion in your frame.
This car was speeding, managed to capture it before it flew by.
Day 11: Emotions - Portray a specific feeling.
Just a man focused on his studies
Day 12: Minimalism - Create powerful images with simplicity.
A lone tower on a partly cloudy day.
Day 13: Tell a Story - Compose a photo that tells a narrative.
Friendmas party, each person interacting differently.
Day 14: Symmetry - Find and emphasize symmetry in your subject.
Cool symmetrical textile, I wonder how the artist made it so perfect.
Day 15: Texture - Highlight interesting textures in your photo.
Another textile, I had to resist the urge in order not to touch it.
